My coaching practice is like this photo:
Down that ladder, and a 10-minute swim, and 50 feet down, is a ridiculously gorgeous coral reef. When I am down there, I stare around incredulously at the most incredible beauty in Creation: abundant, crazy life in more colors, shapes, and sizes than it is possible to even imagine. And as it is below the water, so it is above … in my coaching business I am surrounded by courageous, authentic people of amazing beauty and variety, doing amazing things.
